At Bells and Whistles, we take pride in sourcing and supplying high-quality products. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to ensuring that your experience with our company is smooth and reliable. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery or collection.

  • Condition of Goods: Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Approval Required: All returns must be approved in writing by our team before being sent back.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please note: Custom orders, specially sourced items, and perishable goods are not eligible for return unless defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Items not in original packaging or with missing components

  • Products bought on clearance or special order

  • Custom-manufactured or cut-to-size items

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • In cases where a refund is not possible, we may offer store credit or a product exchange.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a brief description of the issue

  • We will assess the case and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate
