We offer shipping and delivery services to:

• All major cities and towns within South Africa

• Selected rural or remote areas (subject to courier availability)

• International delivery is available upon request and subject to customs, duties, and import regulations

• Orders are processed during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

• Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from receipt of payment or order confirmation.

• Custom orders, large quantities, or sourced products may require additional lead time (communicated at time of order).

• Local deliveries: 1–3 working days (Johannesburg & surrounding areas)

• National deliveries: 3–7 working days (depending on location)

• International shipping: 7–21 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

• Customers who prefer to collect their orders from our warehouse can do so by prior arrangement. Once your order is ready, we will notify you with collection details and times.

• For export or international orders:

• All customs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs processing in the destination country.

• Bells and Whistles is not liable for delays or extra charges incurred at customs.
