These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including browsing, ordering, purchasing, and interacting with our business via our physical premises, website, or any communication platforms.

By engaging with us, you agree to the following terms:

We operate as a procurement and supply company, sourcing and delivering a broad range of products — including but not limited to groceries, hardware, detergents, PPE, steel, power tools, auto accessories and Raw materials — based on customer requests.

We procure from both local and international suppliers.

• All quotations are valid for 7 days, unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in supplier pricing, exchange rates, and logistics costs.

• Final pricing will be confirmed upon receipt of a formal purchase order.

• Bells and Whistles reserves the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilling an order.

• All orders must be submitted in writing via email, online form, or official purchase order.

• Orders will be confirmed once full or partial payment (where applicable) is received.

• Custom, bulk, or special orders may require upfront deposits.

• All orders are payable in full before delivery, unless formal communication is approved.

• Payment is due strictly 5 calendar days from invoice date.

• Late payments may incur penalties and interest charges as allowed by law.

• Bells and Whistles reserves the right to suspend supply in the event of non-payment.
